Our sales professionals are trained to optimize value; if we request a meeting with our client our mission will always be to create additional value and profitability for that client. Each quarter we will quantify our results and value for you with our proprietary Value Analysis Report . This report will provide you and your superiors with real data and quantitative results supporting your buying decision. The report will document quarterly purchases in volume and dollars, cost analysis of purchases, on-time delivery summaries, cost-savings documentation, compliance summaries and a brief description of the quarter's business as well as additional suggestions and goals for the following quarter. Our mission is to create value for our clients with everything we do and to support that value with documentation. Our Value Analysis Report gives our clients the tools they need to make informed decisions. Our delivery professionals also are train to optimize value ; each time our delivery professional comes to your location they are focused on providing accurate, fast, and safe service to our clients. At the same time they are trained to inspect your lubrication products storage equipment to make sure that equipment is operating at the highest level. If there is any question regarding a potential hazard our delivery personnel will immediately discuss the situation with your representative. All our delivery personnel are routed on a regularly scheduled delivery program. One specific delivery professional will be assigned to your account. By doing this we can maintain a consistent, timely and safe quality service level.

To help eliminate the need for clients to spend their time contacting us to place an order, our in-house call center will contact your designated representative one or two days before our scheduled delivery to take your order. This helps us manage our delivery process more efficiently and eliminates the need for your staff to spend valuable time placing multiple orders.

SOUTH MINNESOTA LUBES
From our corporate offices based in Albert Lea, Minnesota and warehouse facilities located in Albert Lea and Rochester, South Minnesota Lubes provides lubricant supplies and services to nearly 500 corporate customers throughout the United States.
KEY ASSETS
Warehousing
South Minnesota Lubes currently maintains nearly 20,000 square feet of warehouse space in Albert Lea and approximately 10,000 square feet in Sparta, Wisconsin.
In the spring of 2005 we will be under going our fourth expansion of the Albert Lea location with an additional 12,000 square feet of newly constructed space. The addition of this new space will allow for a more efficient and streamlined distribution of our products and customer related services.
After the completion of this new addition South Minnesota Lubes will have over 35,000 square feet dedicated to exceeding our clients expectations.
Bulk Storage
South Minnesota Lubes added an additional 40,000 gallons of bulk oil storage in the fall of 2004, bringing our total bulk storage to nearly 200,000 gallons.
We handle 24 different oil products in bulk; today over 80% of our entire product deliveries are bulk, providing a safe and environmentally friendly alternative to drums, kegs or pails.
Bulk is a much cleaner delivery process for both our clients and us. Bulk lubricants are pumped from our storage tanks directly into dedicated delivery tanks located in each of our vehicles. Once the vehicle reaches the clients location our staff will pump oil directly into their bulk storage system. Each gallon that is pumped flows though our vehicles metering system, which is calibrated by the State of Minnesota assuring an accurate detail of your purchase. Also, with bulk deliveries maintaining a sealed process from the time the product enters our facility to the time it is dispensed into our customer's vehicle, contamination is no longer a concern.
Service Fleet
South Minnesota Lubes maintains a fleet of five delivery vehicles all of which are capable of handling both bulk and package products. Unlike our competitors we believe it is much more efficient and customer friendly for one vehicle to handle all your needs. We can load several thousand gallons of bulk lubricants as well as any package requirements our clients may have all in the same delivery vehicle. With one stop we are able to handle all your needs.
Also, with our continued growth and expansion, we will be adding one new vehicle to our fleet in 2005.
Inventory
Having the right product for the right application at the right time has always been a focus of our inventory systems at South Minnesota Lubes. With nearly one million dollars of inventory on hand at any given time, we are definitely to be able to supply your company's needs.

INDUSTRY AWARDS
2000 Innovator of the year winner
Shell Oil Company presented this award to six companies out of nearly 600 distributors. One award was given for each region of the country.
South Minnesota Oil (now South Minnesota Lubes) stood out above every other distributor in the Midwest Region to take home top honors at this year's annual meeting. Based on outstanding customer service, innovative marketing, value-added services, volume growth and quality control South Minnesota Oil was the clear winner in 2000.
Environmental Responsibility
South Minnesota Lubes has never had any issues with any regulatory agency with regard to environmental issues, spills, or non-compliance. Our goal each and every time we visit a client is to provide high quality service in a safe and responsible manner.

Upon entering a business relationship with some of our customers we will name them as additional insured under our policies. In the unlikely event of an oil related failure due to miss-guided product recommendations made by our company, you and your property will be protected against loss.
